Grant Schultz
Founder & Principal Consultant
Grant’s journey began far from boardrooms and business systems. After completing high school in East London, South Africa, he served in the military as a driver in the Anti-Aircraft Division — an experience that instilled discipline and clarity under pressure.
He then joined his family’s transport business, studying business part-time while managing day-to-day operations. When the business closed in 1999, Grant pivoted — moving into finance, and shortly after, into ERP consulting.
Over the next two decades, he led transformation projects across South Africa and New Zealand, helping organisations replace chaos with clarity using Microsoft ERP and analytics tools.
In 2017, he founded Priority One — New Zealand’s only Priority ERP partner. That work evolved into Corelytics: a platform offering both Microsoft-based ERP (SmartCore™) and automation-first, no-code solutions (LiteCore™) for growing businesses.
Whether you’re a small team on Xero or a scaling operation ready for Dynamics, Grant brings a rare blend of empathy, experience, and execution to every client partnership.
